• —Standard shipping is $12. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.
• —Letterbox boxes are designed to post through a standard letterbox with no signature required.
• —Any import duties or taxes for international deliveries are the recipient's responsibility where they apply.

• —Because everything is baked fresh to order, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• —Delivery time then depends on the destination and service selected at checkout. Estimated timings are shown before you pay.
• —You'll receive tracking details by email once your box is on its way.

We ship with established courier and postal carriers. We share only the delivery name and address needed to complete delivery. Tracking lets you follow your box from dispatch to your door.

Our treats are fresh and short-dated, with a best-before window shown on each product page. Chocolate-based items can soften in warm weather; we pack appropriately, but please plan delivery for a time someone can receive the box. If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
