Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to order. Children under 13 may not register or order. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent and payment authorisation of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Rawkies sells small-batch cookie, brownie and treat boxes for enjoyment and sharing. Our products are not dietary supplements, meal replacements or functional foods, and we make no health, medical, weight-loss, nutritional-treatment or "superfood" claims. Descriptions such as "vegan", "gluten-free" or "no added sugar" are ingredient facts, not health claims.

• —Every product page declares all 14 major allergen groups for that box.
• —Our kitchen handles gluten, tree nuts, milk and eggs across all recipes, so any box may contain traces even where an allergen is not an ingredient. If you have a severe allergy, please order with caution.
• —Each box carries a best-before date and storage guidance. Please follow them and use your own judgement about consumption.
• —Our boxes contain no alcohol and no regulated or restricted ingredients.

• —All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include applicable item pricing; shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout.
• —An order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment fails), and will refund any amount taken.
• —Payment is processed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• —The billing statement descriptor for your payment is “RAWKIES”.

Delivery destinations and timings are confirmed at checkout. Because our products are fresh, perishable and short-dated, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy for delivery, melting risk and replacement terms.

• —Treat Club is a subscription. It provides a delivered box each month plus a member price across the shop.
• —It is not credits, points or a stored balance. Each month's box is a current-period benefit and does not roll over, carry forward or convert to cash.
• —Memberships renew automatically for the chosen interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License. Our brand, text, images and site content are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
